Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is 28days from purchase. If this time frame has passed then we are unable to give a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us with your order number and reasons for return. We will then send our returns address to you.
Once your item is returned, we will assess the following:
- The item still has the clothing tag
- The item does not smell of perfume or washing products
- The item has not got traces of make up on
- The item is in the same condition and not damaged (we have a high stock checking system and check the condition of every order thoroughly before sending)
- The item has not been stretched or pulled
Once we are happy that the product has passed the returns criteria, we will get in contact with you and carry out a full product refund.
If the item does not pass the criteria, the item will be sent back to you.
Non refundable items
Only full priced items can be refunded. Sale items, mystery boxes and lucky dips are excluded from being eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you are wishing to exchange an item to swap to another size, please see the above returns criteria. We will then get in contact whether we are able to change the item or give a store credit.
Shipping returns
We recommend sending your item back to us via a tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for the safe arrival of your item.
-We are unable to provide the cost of return shipping.
-Original shipping cost will not be refunded, only the product you are returning
